The Girl Behind the Microphone

Pop Country sensation Ava Rowland knew she wanted to impact people’s lives from the moment she sang her first hymn to her packed church congregation in her hometown of Wellington, Ohio. With over half a million streams, as well as millions of views on Ava’s projects through the years, Ava is absolutely making that life-changing difference in the hearts of her fans. Ava is a brand ambassador for Lane Frost Brand and Altar'd State. She hopes to one day collaborate with Rachel's Challenge to raise money and awareness for bullying and school violence prevention. Sending out her message of love and spiritual wholeness is of the utmost importance to Ava, who confesses, “I’m not much of a talker…but when I sing, you can finally see me…no act…no hiding…just me, my song, and you.”

From performing at Nashville’s legendary Bluebird Café and taking the stage at CMA Fest, to opening for the likes of Montgomery Gentry, Ned LeDoux, John Michael Montgomery and Neal McCoy, Ava breathes an undeniable passion into every performance. Ava can’t avoid smiling as she exclaims, “I couldn’t stop singing, no matter what…not ever! It’s how I breathe!”

Now this rising star is returning to her church roots to explore a more spiritual perspective in her newest music. Having collaborated with hit-makers including chart-topping songwriters Marla Cannon-Goodman and Britton Cameron, as well as Grammy nominated producer Bill McDermott, the sky’s the limit for how Ava will next inspire and uplift audiences. Ava reflects, “When you have been given a voice by God, it drives you to make music that changes people.”
